The placement activities comprise of three stages, including pre-preparation, the process, and administrative activities post the processes.
The preparation phase comprises various workshops and sessions, including portfolio development, resume preparation, and interview skills. Further, an internal portfolio review is organized where the internal faculties give feedback on the portfolios and recommend necessary changes. Post this session, an external portfolio review is organized with industry leaders who share their input.
The post-internship and placement phase comprises taking feedback from the industry leaders and reporting managers on students' performance and skills. Additionally, there are systematic conversations conducted for exploring pre-placement offers and other professional opportunities for the students. The team also engages with the industry leaders through various activities to inspire the students, build skills, and network for future professional opportunities.
